About The Standard CRM

The Standard CRM is a compliance-first AI appointment setter for life-insurance agents. We exist to solve a specific, expensive problem: the leads an agent pays for go cold before anyone reaches them, and the pressure to follow up fast is exactly what pushes outreach into the kind of mistakes that draw TCPA and Do Not Call exposure. Our answer is to let an AI move at the speed leads demand while fixed rules, not the AI, decide whether each contact is allowed to go out.

We are a small, focused team building one product well rather than a broad platform that does everything for everyone. We sell three plans today, and we onboard every new agent carefully, learning from each one. We would rather earn trust with a system that is honest about what it does than overpromise on a marketing page.

What is Atlas?

Atlas is the AI brain inside The Standard CRM. It reads each new lead, decides the next best action, and then carries it out: it places and answers calls with a natural, human-like voice, sends texts and emails, qualifies leads in conversation, and books confirmed appointments onto the agent's calendar. It works around the clock, so a lead that arrives at midnight on a Saturday gets the same fast, attentive first contact as one that arrives mid-morning on a Tuesday.

What Atlas deliberately does not do is decide what is compliant. The plan it produces is handed to a compliance check that checks consent and opt-out requests, recipient quiet hours, and A2P 10DLC messaging status before anything is sent, and an imported lead with a confirmed do-not-call listing is held for your review. That separation is the heart of how we think about responsible automation. You can read the full sequence on the how it works page.

What we believe

Compliance is fixed

Consent, quiet hours, and A2P 10DLC eligibility for texts are fixed rules, not judgment calls. We keep them in code that runs the same way every time, separate from the AI. An imported lead with a confirmed do-not-call listing is held for your review. The AI plans the work; the rules decide whether each contact is allowed.

We run the CRM, not just a layer on one

We provision, configure, and operate the workspace ourselves, so there is nothing else for you to buy or run. Contacts, conversations, pipelines, and calendars all sit in that one place, and Atlas works the leads in place. There is no second inbox.

Every decision is on the record

Each outbound decision is written to a permanent record before the contact fires. We would rather be able to explain exactly what happened and why than ask anyone to take our word for it.

Who builds The Standard CRM?

The Standard CRM is built and operated by LB3 Legacy Group, LLC, doing business as The Standard CRM. We are based in the United States and we build for United States life-insurance agents, which is why our compliance work centers on the TCPA, the Do Not Call regime, recipient quiet hours, and A2P 10DLC messaging rather than trying to cover every market at once. Keeping the scope tight is how we keep the rules in the product correct.

We are deliberate about what we claim. We do not publish invented customer counts, fabricated testimonials, or made-up statistics, because the entire premise of the product is accountability, and a marketing page that plays loose with the truth would contradict it. If a number is not on this site, it is because we will not state one we cannot stand behind.

How do I reach you?
